We offer several workshop for the public and professional
to experience the Hakomi method as well as the application
of Hakomi to specific topics relevant to the proffessional
field.
Introductory Workshops serve
to introduce the general public to the Hakomi Method
and prepare interested students for the upcoming trainings.
Application Speciality Workshops extend
the Hakomi Method to important topics and issues in
psychotherapy today. The are focused on specific topics
and expertise of the trainers and offer additional
resources for the community.

Experiential Couples Psychotherapy
A two-day exploration of experiential and somatic approaches
to working with couples. Somatically oriented diagnosis
and interventions. Experiential and didactic.
Making Friends With Anger: Mindfulness-Based
Approaches to Befriending Anger
This workshop is designed for those who seek effective
tools and greater comfort in dealing with anger in
themselves, others, and/or with their clients.
Making Peace With Your Inner Critic
This workshop provides powerful and practical tools
for minimizing the devastating and shaming impact of
the inner critic and provides ways to reclaim our power
and dignity.
Awakening from the Family Trance: A Somatic Approach to Working with
Family Systems
A two-day workshop introduces participants to concepts
such as the "Family Body" and "Family
Trance" and offers ways of exploring family dynamics
using the Hakomi Method and movement. For personal
and clinical applications.
Accessing the Divine: The Hakomi Method and the Investigation of One’s
Spirituality
An exploration at the interface of psychology and
spirituality. How we embrace or deny our divinity,
and how we can lead lives more fully aware, vibrant
and generous. An experiential, body-centered workshop,
personal and professional.
The Moving Body in Psychotherapy - Trauma Resolution
Movement Techniques
Movement has often been misunderstood in the context
of therapy as a venue of expression or emotional release.
But subtle movement experience can aid the client in
gaining deeper access to their unconscious material
and can provide a new experience in resolving deeply
held traumatic memories is a safe way. A two day introductory
workshop to the application of movement techniques
